HI EVERYBODY! it’s such a cooling and breezy Wednesday night. it’s already 11:50pm but it’s the school holidays and i don’t feel like sleeping so early! this bad habit will be so detrimental to the Queen of Queens pageant on Friday though. need to sleep early to get good skin!

anyway, it’s my Mum’s birthday tmrw! she’s retiring at the end of the year, and i was thinking of buying her something memorable to mark both her birth date and her retirement. afterall, she’s been working her way to retirement just to bring us up the best way she can. i’m thinking of buying her a yoga mat (we’ve made a pact to practise yoga together when she’s fully retired next year and i cant wait!! ) and something else.. something special. but i can’t think of what yet. hmmm.

this was with Anna at Cream Bistro, Pacific Plaza. one interesting thing about us is that we’re in this competition together and we’re best friends! we met in 2007, during the Newpaper New Face competition. being the only two 18 year olds who had to take our A Levels that year, we began to stick together through the competition and studies. now we have a combined blog, which you can read at http://annaimee.onsugar.com

we were waiting for our flight to Tokyo! how i miss those days where we travelled endlessly and discovered so many things about so many countries!
