I told my friends that my previous pageant would be my last, but the one (and maybe only) reason why i got myself involved this time was due to the very strong encouragements and support from my family and friends.

It is really heartwarming to know that so many people care. I really do appreciate the extra mile my friends are willing to take, and the additional effort some put into showing their support.
I wanna thank everyone that has voted for me, and for the other contestants too! Thank you for showing your interest, and being there support us!

I wanna thank my MOM especially for her never ending support, not only in my pageants, but in every single thing I do. I love you mommy! (:

Hi Everyone!! It’s Anna here

December is my favourite month cuz not only is it CHRISTMAS season, it’s also my birthday month!! In fact, I will be a year older next Monday I love having birthdays but I don’t quite like growing older..

To add to the series of events, there’s also the Seventeen Queen of Queens pageant (which I affectionately call “QoQ”).

Initially, I hesitated taking part in this pageant. However, Lijia (who’s one of my best friends) was asked to take part in QoQ, and encouraged me to join it too. We both met at a modelling competition 2 years ago and both think it would be fun to participate in another contest together! After I found out that the QoQ schedule was not going to be packed, I decided to join it.

So here I am, blogging for the Seventeen QoQ website! Tomorrow will be the pageant day itself and if you haven’t already voted for me today (you can vote everyday!), please do! It’s the last day for voting and I hear that you could win some really cool prizes if you vote!!

hello all!

I’m really stuck on this song ’starstruck’ by katy pery and 30h!3.. it’s catchy, i must say:)

anyway it’s the holidays now and i just came back from bangkok last week:) it was all sun and fun! shopping at platinum mall there was the best experience, do check that place out if you’re heading down there! oh and when i was there on saturday, it was also coincidentally the king’s birthday. and guess what! most of the private companies and government sectors have almost 5 days or a week off! man, is that awesome or is that AWESOME:)

well, the rest of my holidays are going great, catching up with good friends:) i’m sure the holidays will only get better ya, with the many parties and probably overseas trips ahead.. for you all as well!  and here are some pictures of some amazing personalities who never fail to make me smile:)

HI EVERYBODY! it’s such a cooling and breezy Wednesday night. it’s already 11:50pm but it’s the school holidays and i don’t feel like sleeping so early! this bad habit will be so detrimental to the Queen of Queens pageant on Friday though. need to sleep early to get good skin!

anyway, it’s my Mum’s birthday tmrw! she’s retiring at the end of the year, and i was thinking of buying her something memorable to mark both her birth date and her retirement. afterall, she’s been working her way to retirement just to bring us up the best way she can. i’m thinking of buying her a yoga mat (we’ve made a pact to practise yoga together when she’s fully retired next year and i cant wait!! ) and something else.. something special. but i can’t think of what yet. hmmm.

but anyway, a blog post wouldn’t be complete without some pictures and so these pictures sum up my week:

My hols has always been busier for me, compared to my usual school term! I’ve been really busy these days, with church Christmas productions, rehearsals after rehearsals, travelling the Europe and the launching of our new blogshop TheFamooShop! Meanwhile, in the midst of all these busyness,
I’ve learnt something very precious about myself from the past few weeks.
I think I’ma hermit. Haha.

Despite my extroverted personality, crowds drain me at times and I recharge through solitude moments alone or with my closest friends! (Quality time or some may say) But hey, don’t get me wrong! I totally really LOVE doing the stuffs I do. Just that, well, I’ve learnt that I need to guard my me-times-of-refreshment.

So, all in all, I’ma happy hermit if you give me my shell! :}
